At Humble Office, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 3 year warranty on all our booths. Our booths are engineered with premium materials and components such as aluminium frame, tempered double glazed windows and heavy duty carbon polymer acoustic panels.
What if my Booth product needs a repair?
At Humble Office, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products that are built to last. If you encounter any issues with your product that are related to manufacturing defects, simply email us at sales@humbleoffice.com.au, and one of our team members will assist you. Rest assured, we are Australian owned and operated, so we will be here available to support and ensure that your experience with our products is a positive one.
What is covered under warranty?
We’re confident our booth is going to serve a long and fruitful life. Any manufacturing defects that occur within 3 years, we’ll either repair, replace the relevant part or replace the whole booth. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and is only valid for products that have been properly stored, used, and assembled.
We will provide replacement parts if a failure occurs in these timeframes, and outside warranty, we have spare parts (panels, glass, etc) available for purchase.
- 3 year warranty on structural elements
- 1 year warranty on mechanical aspects, such as electrical items and fittings.
- 1 year warranty on all furniture and fabric stitching/coverings.
What will Humble do in the case of any defects?
At Humble, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products that are built to last. Humble will assess the product, either physically or via video call, and determine the solution to get things right.
If the problems with the product are due to manufacturing defects and are covered by the warranty, we will bear the complete cost of any necessary repairs or replacements.
Any repair work that is not authorised by Humble Office is not covered, and Humble Office retains ownership of any replaced parts. If the booth was not sold by Humble, the reseller will offer a suitable replacement, which will be determined at their discretion.
